官宣#我喜欢上跑步了#

It has been recommended to me so many times.
Everyone who has ran has told me it is wonderful.
And also several friends say that quietly by showing me the physical transformations they are experiencing before my eyes. Most runner becomes leaner and fitter.
Yes, many many times.
But, running was not on my list, I have believed I cannot run.

机缘巧合,在得到app里听了一堂关于给忙碌者的运动课里,跑步再次被推荐。这一次主课人张展晖举了一些例子,主要是长期不锻练的人怎么开始,秘要是保持无氧运动心率区,这样跑得也不累,慢慢有效果。如他所说,我开始跑也比不上老年人吧,主要一个慢字。但是锻练完了,居然暖洋洋,没有透支,还喜欢。因为不难,所以开始,所以可以继续。
另外,跑步确实所需比较少,一双鞋,买了一个flipbelt,很好用。从半小时,到这个周末45分钟,真的喜欢期待跑步时分。
也是和自己独处的时光,可以仔细听音乐或者podcast。
